Excessive and uncontrolled urination, heavy smooker no stool in morning without 2-3 ciggrattes per time Very old phelghem problem yellow muscus from 15 years all day especially in mornings now swear from 6 months as white muscus with bubbles a ,foamy and sticky saliva Age 37

Provisional Diagnosis (Ayurveda): Prameha (early stage) Kaphaja Kasa / Tamaka Shwasa (chronic) Agnimandya with Kapha predominance Nicotiana Asatmaya (tobacco addiction) - Rx Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tabs BD after meals Punarnava Mandur – 2 tabs BD after meals Sitopaladi Churna – ½ tsp + honey BD Triphala Churna – 1 tsp HS with warm water Yashtimadhu Churna – ¼ tsp + honey morning - Pathya (Do’s) Warm water only Light, warm food Steam inhalation daily Early dinner - Apathya (Don’ts) Smoking / tobacco ❌ Cold drinks, curd at night ❌ Fried, oily, heavy foods ❌ - Advice Reduce cigarettes gradually Morning walk + Pranayama (Anulom-Vilom, Bhastrika – mild) Blood sugar & urine test advised - Follow-up: After 14 days Tq
