Avoid sugar,wheat, dairy and bakery products. Regular exercise. Use boiled water for drinking. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Mamejava 2-0-2 Before meal Tab.Guduchi 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
