Inquiry About Nasya and Alternatives for Blood Pressure Medication - #48947
I'm on following medicines: Allopathy: Tab Edarby 40 mg - one tablet in the morning Tab Indeloc 10 mg - two tablets in the night Ayurveda: Tab Prachitannam from Dhootpapeshwar - 1 tablet after lunch and dinner Brahmi vait from Dhootpapeshwar - two tablets after lunch and dinner Tab Rasagandha from RasSala - 1 tablet after dinner for Blood pressure this contain (Sarpgandha, Jatamansi). Chaitnya Ras Pachak Vati - two tablets after lunch and dinner - Started 2 days ago Tablet Godanti Mishran - 1 tablet before lunch and dinner. - started 2 days ago Tab Soothsekhar Ras from Dhootpapeswar - If stomach is upset(acidit, gas, belching). Kutaj parpati vati - if IBS triggerred - 4-6 times motion in a day I'm ok. I would like to know two things: Can I take (nasya) cow ghee in my nose? Or any other liquid nasya needed which can help in migraine? I started Rasgandha tablet which contains sarpgandha causing lethagyness in the morning while waking up in the morning. Is there any alternative available for blood pressure medicine? My major problems are BP, migraine, acidity & gas, sometimes mucus in the stool. All symptoms are under control except headache and due to Rasagandha BP medicine lethargyness in the morning (I need to know alternative medicine for this).
