Kutaj parpati vati - if IBS triggerred - 4-6 times motion in a day I'm ok. I would like to know two things: Can I take (nasya) cow ghee in my nose? Or any other liquid nasya needed which can help in migraine? I started Rasgandha tablet which contains sarpgandha causing lethagyness in the morning while waking up in the morning. Is there any alternative available for blood pressure medicine? My major problems are BP, migraine, acidity & gas, sometimes mucus in the stool. Now my BP after 20 days of Rasagandha (sarpagandha, jatamanasi) it is approximately 130-140/ 80-90. My Age - 35 years weight - 83 kg height - 5.6 feet

Continue with 3 medicines atleast note your bp monitoring for 2 months if there will be no rise , then can think of tapering
