अर्जुन की छाल (Terminalia arjuna) आयुर्वेद में खासकर हृदय, रक्तचाप और कोलेस्ट्रॉल के लिए इस्तेमाल की जाती है
आपको किस समस्या के लिए यह लेना है, उसके अनुसार, आपकी बीमारी, उम्र और शरीर के वजन के हिसाब से इसकी मात्रा तय की जाती है।
मात्रा:
👉 3–5 ग्राम प्रतिदिन
कैसे लें:
1–2 चम्मच गुनगुने पानी या दूध के साथ
बेहतर है सुबह खाली पेट या रात को सोने से पहले
दूध के साथ लेने से हृदय के लिए लाभ अधिक माना जाता है
2️⃣ अर्जुन छाल का काढ़ा
बनाने की विधि:
10–15 ग्राम अर्जुन छाल
2 कप पानी में उबालें
जब 1 कप रह जाए, छान लें
मात्रा:
👉 ½ से 1 कप, दिन में 1–2 बार
कब लें:
सुबह या शाम, भोजन से पहले
⏳ कितने समय तक उपयोग करें?
आम तौर पर 6–8 हफ्ते तक लगातार लिया जा सकता है
उसके बाद 1–2 हफ्ते का ब्रेक लेना अच्छा रहता है
बहुत कम ब्लड प्रेशर वालों में BP और गिर सकता है
अगर आप पहले से हार्ट या BP की दवा ले रहे हैं, तो साथ में लेने से पहले डॉक्टर से पूछें
गर्भवती महिलाएँ या गंभीर रोगों में बिना सलाह न लें
कभी-कभी कब्ज या पेट भारी लग सकता है—मात्रा कम करें
