I am facing complete ed but it started with loose greasy good volume stool but one day suudenly erection along with bowel issue lead to constipation type low pee urge no hunger no fullness fatigue upon testing i find fatty liver 16 cm enlarged with mild steatois otherwise unremarkable but my blood test are good but low hdl chloestrol low vitamin b12 ferittin i m just 22 no erections at all worried from one month
