can we mix and use these powders daily for good health . triphala, neem , turmaric, guduchi, manjista, moringa ..... in the early morning with empty stomach arjuna, aswagandha, satavari ...at night

Yes, it can be used short-term, but don’t mix all of them daily long-term, especially with a chronic condition.
Morning: Too many detox herbs together → better to limit to Triphala + Guduchi. Take others only if needed.
Night: Ashwagandha + Shatavari + Arjuna is okay, but heavy—use after food.
Duration: 6–8 weeks max, then take a break.
Best practice: Simplify and rotate rather than taking everything every day.
