keeping in mind that this should be used alongside modern medical care, especially given your high blood sugar (RBS 355 mg/dL) and foot wound. Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to serious complications, so conventional medical treatment should not be skipped. - Diagnosis: Madhumeha (Type 2 Diabetes) with Prameha complications (burning feet, poor appetite, giddiness) - Internal Medicines: Nisha Amalaki Tablet – 500 mg, 2 tablets twice daily before meals with warm water. Madhumeha Tablet – 500 mg, 2 tablets twice daily before meals with warm water. Guduchi Tablet – 500 mg, 1 tablet twice daily after meals with lukewarm water. Triphala Tablet – 500 mg, 2 tablets at night before sleep with warm water. External / Local Care: Jatyadi Taila – Apply gently on wound 2–3 times daily after cleaning with sterile saline; cover with sterile dressing. Kumari (Aloe Vera) Gel – Apply thin layer on feet for burning sensation; avoid open wounds. Diet & Lifestyle Advice: Avoid sweets, fried, oily, and processed foods. Include bitter vegetables: karela, methi, drumstick. Prefer whole grains: barley, oats, millets. Eat small, frequent meals. Daily morning walk for 30–45 minutes. Inspect feet daily; keep them clean and dry. Avoid late-night meals. Monitoring & Follow-Up: Check blood sugar daily (fasting and postprandial). Observe foot wound daily for discharge, redness, or swelling. Seek urgent medical care for fever, spreading redness, or foul odor. Follow-up after 2 weeks for dose adjustment and clinical assessment. Caution: Blood sugar is very high (RBS 355 mg/dL); Ayurvedic therapy alone may not be enough. Modern anti-diabetic therapy may be urgently required to prevent complications.
