Om vaidya sir my Height .5.7 weight 73 .Kapha and pitta type body.agni good feel hungry ..motion clear sleep very deep good .I got sleep within 5 to 10 minutes ..but facing fear, increase of heart beat, sometime right side head pain,sometimes feels like i will fell down .Nervousness,Panic Bp sugar weight normal,after my moms death i feeling these symptoms .and also if anybody says any kind of symptoms related to my disease.then also i feel those symptoms..after this i take Virechana treatment 7days matra basti and 3 days..shirodhar,hriday basti done, taking mansamitra, sarswathrishta, brahmi taila for head massage..ashwangandha tablet, I had bleeding piles problem since last year .. but it is reduced not much irritating.according to ayurveda as seen in youtube i think it's related to disturbed vata . Is it correct or any other reason ..want to know sir ..and want to take matra basti for continuously at home which oil should I prefer . Please guide me.vaidyo narayano hari🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

After your mother’s death, Vata (Prana Vata) got aggravated, causing fear, panic, palpitations, nervousness, and sensitivity to symptoms. Pitta aggravation may explain the right-side head pain. Kapha is maintaining your sleep and digestion.
Current treatment: Virechana, Shirodhara, Hridaya Basti, Matra Basti, Ashwagandha, Mansamitra, Saraswatharishta – all appropriate.
- Matra Basti at home: 15–30 ml Ksheerabala / Bala / Madhuyasti Taila daily or alternate day.
- Abhyanga (oil massage): Daily with Brahmi / Ksheerabala oil.
- Oral Rasayanas: Ashwagandha 500 mg 2x/day, Mansamitra Vati 1–2 tabs 2x/day, Saraswatharishta 15–30 ml before meals.
