Om vaidya sir my Height .5.7 weight 73 .Kapha and pitta type body.agni good feel hungry ..motion clear sleep very deep good .I got sleep within 5 to 10 minutes ..but facing fear, increase of heart beat, sometime right side head pain,sometimes feels like i will fell down .Nervousness,Panic Bp sugar weight normal,after my moms death i feeling these symptoms .and also if anybody says any kind of symptoms related to my disease.then also i feel those symptoms..after this i take Virechana treatment 7days matra basti and 3 days..shirodhar,hriday basti done, taking mansamitra, sarswathrishta, brahmi taila for head massage..ashwangandha tablet, I had bleeding piles problem since last year .. but it is reduced not much irritating.according to ayurveda as seen in youtube i think it's related to disturbed vata .
