Aapke sharir ke chhote, painless lumps aksar sebaceous cysts ya lipomas ho sakte hain, jo harmless hote hain. Lumps ko press ya scratch na karein. Skin saaf rakhein. - Agar 1–2 hafte me bade ho, dard ho, rang badle, ya infection lage, to general physician ya dermatologist s Consult kre. Ye aksar serious nahi hote, lekin observation zaruri hai. - Ayurvedic Diagnosis Sthayi: Medo Dhatu vriddhi / Sneha vriddhi (Charbi / Tel ki thailiyan) Dosha involvement: Kapha predominant - Treatment Plan 1. Aahar (Dietary Advice) Tel aur deep-fried bhojan se parhej Bahut oily aur junk food kam karein Phal, sabzi, dal, whole grains adhik Garam paani ka sevan din mein 2–3 bar 2. Aushadhi (Internal Medicines) Triphala Churna: 3 g raat ko garam paani ke saath, 30 din Kanchanar Guggulu: 2 tab, 2 bar din me, 30 din 3. Local Therapy (External) Haridra (Turmeric) Paste: Thoda haldi + paani, gath par din me 1–2 bar 10 min Lepa: Nimba patra ka lepa ya Kanchanar taila se halki malish, 10 min, din me 1 bar 4.
