Hi, I have been practicing surdarshan kriya for last 75 days. And still struggling with sleep. I take 75mg of thyroxine. Can suggest any medication. Thank you.

Check thyroid levels (TSH/T3/T4) — sleep issues are common if thyroxine dose is slightly high
Take thyroxine early morning only, not later in the day
Do Sudarshan Kriya in the morning, not evening
- mansmittravati 2 tab hs 1 hr before bedtime

normal process your body do detox thats why u suffer sleepi
take bramhi 2 bd
take livtone 2 bd
take triphala 2 bd
do nasya with bramhi ghee 2 drop each nostril 2 times day
more intake water 3 to 4 lit per day
