can I take baidyanath bhringraj asav and patanjali divya shilajeet rasayan vati together.And how to take it if Im a 29yrs old normal guy.I used to get commoncold and cough regularly and also these days Ihv hairfall problem that'swhy Im taking it.

How to take (29-yr healthy male):
Baidyanath Bhringraj Asav:
15–20 ml + equal water, after meals, 2× daily
Divya Shilajeet Rasayan Vati:
1 tablet, after meals, once daily (start once)
Duration: 6–8 weeks only.
Caution:
Stop if you get acidity, burning, headache, or restlessness.
