Avoid oily spicy, and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Rasnasaptak Kashayam 20ml twice after meal with lukewarm water. Tab.Stresscom 1-0-1 Follow up after 2 weeks.
