Stop alcohol immediately. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Tab Punarnava 2-0-2 Sy.Liv-52 DS 10ml twice Tab.Arogyavardhini 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
