Doctors' responses

Your 1-year-opened Tansukh neem & sonth powder (expiry Nov 2025) → okay to use if it smells, looks, and tastes normal. Discard if musty, clumpy, or moldy. Effectiveness may be slightly reduced after opening. Brand choice: Tansukh, Sitaram, Krishna’s Herbal & Ayurveda — all fine if packaging is good and powder is pure. Storage: Airtight, dry, cool, away from sunlight. You can keep using it, but for maximum potency, fresh powder is better.
