Seeking Help for Persistent Fungal Nail Infection - #49221

I have persistent fungal nail on all fingers and 3 toes. I have tried many treatments over the past couple of years however its still present. Can you recommend anything? I live in the Uk.

Hlo, Diagnosis: Kukkuṭaka / Chronic Nail Fungal Infection Duration: >1 year Internal Medicines: 1) Nagaradi Kashayam 15 ml decoction twice daily after food for 3 months 2) Khadirarishta: 2 tsp twice daily after meals for 2–3 months 3) gandhak rasyan 2 tab twice daily after meal 4) Triphala Churna: ½ tsp at night with warm water for 2 months - External Applications: Apply Khadir oil / Mahatiktaka Ghrita on nails after cleaning, once daily at night for 3–4months Optional: Neem oil or turmeric paste on nails 3–4 times weekly - Advice- Regular nail trimming/debridement to remove thickened nail Mild local steam before oil application to improve absorption Gentle oil massage around nails - Lifestyle & Dietary Advice: Keep nails and feet clean and dry; change socks daily Avoid excessive sugar, fried, and junk foods Include immune-supporting foods like turmeric, garlic, and bitter greens - Follow-up: Monthly review for nail growth and response Treatment may continue 6 months until new nails grow healthy Tq
