Dear Sir/ Madam I am taking himalaya karela for my border line sugar of 112 since past 2 years. I.want to know what else can I take for this borderline blood sugar I saw some products like himalaya diabecon and diabecon ds. Borderline sugar 112 = no strong medicine needed Continue Himalaya Karela → 1 tablet 2 times daily after food Add ONE only: Methi seeds – 1 tsp soaked overnight, morning OR Gudmar powder – ½ tsp once daily Do NOT take Diabecon / Diabecon DS now Walk 30 minutes daily Reduce rice, sweets, bakery Check sugar every 6 months
