Concerns About Ghee and Joint Health - #49244

Client_5bff39

You lose all credibility with this claim " ghee (yes, actual ghee—it’s joint lube in food form)" Lube joint is not oil. That is pseudo logic and psuedo science. Ever slipped on raw egg white part yep that it he best lubricant that can stay like grease our "joint lube" is a protein and water not oil or grease which we know can just dissolve away. Learn basic science before writing something like this.

What specific joint issues are you experiencing?:

- No specific issues

How long have you been concerned about your joint health?:

Doctors' responses

Joints are lubricated by synovial fluid (water + proteins like hyaluronic acid), not oil. Eating ghee does not lubricate joints, and calling it “joint lube” is misleading pseudo-science, not biology. Since you have no joint issues and recent concern, you don’t need any joint foods or supplements. Normal movement + a regular balanced diet is enough.

-Your symptoms could be due to detox reactions, often seen in Ayurveda. Keep monitoring, but if it worsens, consult a professional directly.
