Iam diabetic and once had peralatic attack now iam 50 plus and over weight thinking of taking multi vitamin which will be cheap and best and have un wanted hair on face please help other wise ok

Multi-vitamin Since you are diabetic and 50+, choose A standard, low-sugar multivitamin Look for: Vitamins B-complex, D3, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc Avoid high iron unless prescribed Take 1 capsule/tablet daily after breakfast Cheap & widely available brands are fine (like Centrum Silver, Revital H, or local B-complex + Vit D combo) Multivitamins do not affect your face hair

For metabolism & weight Triphala Churna – 1 teaspoon at night with warm water (helps digestion, mild detox) Navaka Guggulu– 1 tablet twice daily (supports weight & joints) For sugar control & general health Nishamalki– 1 capsule daily For unwanted facial hair Ayurvedic topical option Chandana (Sandalwood) + Turmeric paste applied 2–3 times/week can mildly reduce Pitta-induced hair growth Avoid harsh chemicals
