Multi-vitamin Since you are diabetic and 50+, choose A standard, low-sugar multivitamin Look for: Vitamins B-complex, D3, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc Avoid high iron unless prescribed Take 1 capsule/tablet daily after breakfast Cheap & widely available brands are fine (like Centrum Silver, Revital H, or local B-complex + Vit D combo) Multivitamins do not affect your face hair

For metabolism & weight Triphala Churna – 1 teaspoon at night with warm water (helps digestion, mild detox) Navaka Guggulu– 1 tablet twice daily (supports weight & joints) For sugar control & general health Nishamalki– 1 capsule daily For unwanted facial hair Ayurvedic topical option Chandana (Sandalwood) + Turmeric paste applied 2–3 times/week can mildly reduce Pitta-induced hair growth Avoid harsh chemicals
