Seeking Ayurvedic Remedies for Peripheral Neuropathy - #49299

I have peripheral neuropathy, slight numbness on both soles of feet. Neurologist suggested tab neurobion forte only. Iam prediabetic with hba1c of 5.8 .Is there any ayurvedic medicine or oil for this? I don't have any other disease . Sleep, digestion, bowel movement etc normal Age 53, male Height 156 cm Weight 58 kg

-In Ayurveda, peripheral neuropathy-like symptoms are often considered under “Vata Vyadhi” because Vata governs nerve function. Numbness, tingling, and burning sensations are typical Vata aggravation signs. - Oral Medicines 1)Ashwagandha tab – 500 mg after dinner 2)Brahmi vati – 250 mg in the morning on empty stomach 3)Yogaraj Guggulu – 2 tablets after meals 4)Chyawanprash – 1 tsp in morning - External Therapy Ksheerabala Taila – warm, massage feet and calves at night, 30–60 min Foot soak – warm water with few drops of oil, 2–3 times/week - Diet & Lifestyle Warm, cooked meals; include ghee and sesame oil Avoid cold/raw foods, cold drinks, fried snacks Light walking, toe curls, ankle rotations Sleep 7–8 hours; drink warm water - Monitoring Track numbness weekly Check blood sugar/HbA1c every 3–6 months
