Hello. I get how tiring and scary it can be when you’ve got a constant headache and vomiting, especially when it’s tied to acidity after getting your gallbladder out. But dont worry we are here to to help you out What’s going on (Ayurvedic view) Once you have gallbladder surgery, your Pitta (bile/acid) gets all messed up and goes into overdrive. This irritates your stomach and heads upwards, leading to: – Really bad acidity – Feeling sick and throwing up – Headache (Amlapitta–Urdhwaga) Stress just makes it worse. What you can do right now For quick relief: – Take a few sips of cold milk or coconut water 2–3 times a day. – Skip the tea, coffee, spicy stuff, fried foods, and eating late. Easy Ayurvedic help:
1.Avipattikar Churna – ½ teaspoon twice a day after you eat. 2 Shatavari Churna – 1 teaspoon in cold milk before bed. These will calm the acid and protect your stomach. This can be treated. When you calm that Pitta down, the headaches and vomiting should get better. For precise and customized individual treatment plan you can opt for personal consultation Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

-Your symptoms could be due to detox reactions, often seen in Ayurveda. Keep monitoring, but if it worsens, consult a professional directly.
