Seeking Herbal Remedies for Heart Sclerosis, Diabetes, and Insomnia - #49303

Good evening can I use this herbal product to help me with my schlerosis on the heart of my valve aswell as diabetes high blood pressure and imsomnia.. I'm on chronic medication only for the diabetes and blood pressure but on no meds to assist with the scheloris of the heart.. I'm on a diet and have abstain away from dairy products and anything that contain calcium.. Pls advice
