-Diagnosis: Compensatory Hyperhidrosis (Pitta-pradhana Prakruti with mild Vata-Kapha aggravation; stress-triggered) - Chikitsa Sutra: Pitta–Vata shaman, Manas shaman, Sweda niyantran - Internal Medicines: Saraswatarishta – 15 ml + equal water, BD after meals Guduchi Ghana Vati – 500 mg, BD after meals Brahmi Vati – 1 tab HS - External: Chandana + Lodhra churna (equal parts) Apply thin paste locally once daily (chest / back); avoid broken skin - Ahara & Vihara: Avoid spicy, sour, fermented foods, caffeine, alcohol Prefer cooling diet: rice, milk, ghee, cucumber, coriander Loose cotton clothing Pranayama: Sheetali / Sheetkari 5–10 min daily Stress management, regular sleep - Follow-up: 3–4 weeks
