Firstly Hb 5.7 = medical emergency. You need urgent hospital care. Diet alone is not enough; blood transfusion and tests may be needed. -Medicines can help only in a few cases of gall stones, With pain for months, surgery is often needed — but only after anemia is corrected.- firstly correct anemia then think for surgery. ****Ayureda here helps as supportive, kindly do allopathic evaluation too. **Medicines Punarnava Mandur – 2 tabs BD after food Lohasava – 20 ml + equal water BD after meals Draksharishta – 20 ml + water BD Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab BD after meals Bhumyamalaki Churna – ½ tsp BD with warm water - Duration: 4–6 weeks (review mandatory) 🍽️ Pathya (Diet) Pomegranate, dates, raisins soaked overnight Beetroot, pumpkin, bottle gourd Rice gruel, moong dal Cow’s ghee (small quantity) 🚫 Apathya Fried, oily, spicy food Sour, fermented items Tea, coffee Fasting / skipping meals -Repeat Hb after 7–10 days Stop medicines if pain, vomiting, jaundice worsen
