Severe Headaches and Pitta Vomiting Triggered by Sun Exposure - #49410

Right eyebrow vein give severe headache along with it pitta vommiting is there......it has becomevery often for me..... pleaselet me know what should I eat and avoid. Also sun makes it worst.

-Likely cause: Migraine or Pitta-related headache (sun can trigger it).
- Eat (cooling for Pitta):
Fruits: watermelon, grapes, coconut
Veggies: cucumber, bottle gourd, leafy greens
Dairy: milk, ghee
Grains: rice, oats
- Avoid (Pitta-aggravating):
Spicy, fried, oily foods
Sour foods, caffeine, alcohol, chocolate
Sun exposure
- Lifestyle:
Rest in dark, cool room during attacks
Cold compress on forehead
Stay hydrated
Sleep regularly
- along with take the treatment -
Treatment Plan
1. Internal Medicines
**Shankhpushpi Vati: 1 tablets (250 mg each), twice daily after meals. Cooling, calms mind, reduces headache.
**Sootashekhara Rasa: 125 mg, twice daily after meals. Pitta-pacifying, relieves nausea and headache.
**Sukumara Rasayana: 1 tablet, once daily. For long-term Pitta balance.
**Triphala Churna: 1 tsp at night with warm water. Gentle digestive support.
2. External / Panchakarma
**Nasya (Nasal Drops): Anu Taila, 2–3 drops in each nostril at night.
**Shiro Abhyanga (Head Massage): Coconut oil or cooling oil on forehead and scalp before sleep.
**Cold Compress: On forehead during acute attacks.
Follow up after 15 days
