Managing Increased Liquidity of Pitta and Digestive Issues - #49411
My liquidity (drava) of pitta has increased and pachaka pitta has decreased causing loose motion & reddish acne.Taking only pitta shamana medicines causes motion to become sticky bcoz agni is mand.Taking only agni vardhak medicine increases loose motion & acne.Should i combine both cooling & pungent.Pls suggest what to do.Took 4 years to understand my problem?
