1. For Weight Gain & Piles (Grahani/Atisara/Arsha considerations) - Diet (Pathya – suitable foods): Milk & Ghee: Warm milk with 1 tsp ghee daily. Khichdi: Moong dal + rice, lightly spiced. Fruits: Ripe bananas, papaya, pomegranate (fiber + easy digestion). Nuts: Soaked almonds, walnuts. Vegetables: Steamed carrot, bottle gourd, spinach. - Avoid (Apathya): Fried, spicy, junk, heavy red meat. Constipating foods like unripe bananas, dry crackers. - Lifestyle: Gentle walks after meals. Regular bowel habits, avoid straining. Abhyanga (self-massage with sesame oil) 10 min daily. - Herbs (optional): Triphala churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water for digestion & regular bowel. Isabgol – 1 tsp with warm water if constipation. 2. For Skin (Twak – Dull, Dark Spots, Acne) - Diet (Pathya): Fresh fruits (papaya, orange, pomegranate). Green leafy vegetables. Drink warm water, avoid cold drinks & fried foods. - Topical / Lifestyle: Abhyanga with coconut oil (face & body) – 5–10 min gentle massage. Cleanse with herbal face wash (like neem or turmeric-based). Apply aloevera gel on dark spots/acne. Avoid excessive sun exposure. ; Herbs for internal use : Manjishtha churna – 1 tsp with warm water (blood purifier, helps skin). Triphala – for digestive health → reflects on skin.
