Doctors' responses

Your loose motions + acne + feeling cold is due to low pachaka pitta (weak digestion) + high drava pitta. Pitta-shamana alone → sticky stools Agni-vardhak alone → loose stools & acne -What to do:- Combine mild Agni-stimulating + Pitta-cooling medicines, but staggered: *Before meals: mild Agni stimulants (ginger, Trikatu in small dose) After meals: light Pitta-shamana herbs Treatment Plan - Medicines - 1)Kutaj Ghanvati – 1 tablet (250 mg) after meals twice a day for 5–7 days (to control watery stools). 2)Trikatu Churna – ½ teaspoon before meals with warm water, daily (to gently stimulate Agni). 3)Shatavari Churna – 1 teaspoon after meals with warm water, daily (to calm Pitta and reduce acne). 4)Hingvastak Churna – ¼ teaspoon with meals, daily (to reduce bloating). 2. Diet Eat warm, cooked food: rice, khichdi, cooked vegetables, dal/lentils. Include 1 teaspoon ghee per meal. Avoid cold, raw, oily, fried, or very sour/spicy foods. Drink warm water only throughout the day. 3. Lifestyle Keep body warm, avoid cold drinks and cold air. Gentle walk after meals to improve digestion. Maintain regular sleep, reduce stress. 4. Monitoring Aim for soft, formed stools. Acne should improve in 2–4 weeks. Stop Kutaj after stools normalize, continue Trikatu + Shatavari/Guduchi for digestion & Pitta balance.
