Doctors' responses

Your symptoms suggest Pitta aggravation + weak digestion (Mandagni) together. In Ayurveda, when both happen, treatment should balance Pitta AND improve digestion gently Use mild Pitta cooling + mild Agni improving medicines together Avoid very strong spicy or very strong cooling medicines Avipattikar churna – 1 teaspoon after food, 2 times daily Helps reduce Pitta and improves digestion Guduchi (Giloy) tablet or churna – 1–2 times daily Reduces inflammation and balances Pitta safely Mustha churna – 1 teaspoon with warm water Helpful for loose motion and digestion Diet Moong dal, rice, vegetable soup Pomegranate, banana, cooked vegetables Buttermilk (thin, with little roasted jeera) Avoid Spicy, oily, fried food Excess sour food, pickles Tea, coffee, alcohol Junk and processed food
