- I will not recommend it. Not ideal to use all three together. -Ashwagandha + aspirin → higher bleeding/bruising risk -Ashwagandha + shatter (high THC) → can worsen anxiety, dizziness -Shatter + aspirin → more lightheadedness, stomach upset With Mirena + possible perimenopause, anxiety can be hormone-related, and high-THC often makes it worse.
