-Aapka stone 6 mm ka hai. Kai cases me yeh bina operation ke bhi nikal sakta hai, lekin guarantee nahi hoti. Iske liye zyada paani peena, regular medicines lena aur pain control zaroori hai. Agar dard zyada rahe, bukhar aaye ya stone na move ho, to phir procedure (jaise shock wave) ki zarurat pad sakti hai
-Dx: Mutrashmari (Kidney stone) – 6 mm
Rx:
1)Varunadi Kwath – 20 ml
BD, barabar pani ke saath, khane ke baad
2)Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tab
BD, lukewarm water ke saath
3)Gokshuradi Guggulu – 2 tab
BD, khane ke baad
4)Kulthi (Horse gram) Kwath –
1 cup subah khali pet
-Pathya (Advice):
Roz 3–4 liter pani
Nimbu pani / Narial pani allowed
Teekha, namkeen, junk food kam kare
Peshab rok ke na rakhein
-Follow-up: 15–21 din me review / USG if pain persists
Note:
Agar bahut zyada dard, bukhar, ya peshab kam ho, then consult.
