So, if you’ve got hidden Vata dryness, it can: – Make hair fall worse – Make dryness worse – Make your scalp more sensitive Quick fix (super important) ❌ STOP taking these for now: – Chandraprabha Vati – Too much Shadbindu Nasya They’re cutting down Kapha too much and increasing Vata. What to do instead 1️⃣ For Nose Kapha + Easier Breathing Use Anu Taila instead of Shadbindu How much? –Put 2 drops in each nostril – Only in the morning – After steaming your face – Do this for 5–6 days, then take a 2-day break Why? Anu Taila: – Clears Kapha – Does NOT dry nerves – Keeps your sense of smell and brain safe Shadbindu is just too intense for using it all the time. 2️⃣ To stop hair fall and dryness Your scalp is out of whack with Vata-Pitta.
