Doctors' responses

-You have bilateral varicocele, which is causing pain and testicular shrinkage. - it canbe managed through ayurveda. - for genital warts there would be a procedure known as agni karma, so visit for panchkarma specialist who perform agnikarma. -Diagnosis: Genital Warts (Mukhaja Charmakeeya Varta) Bilateral Varicocele (Vranashonita / Shukra Granthi Vriddhi) -Treatment Plan: Agnikarma (Cauterization) for Warts: Apply controlled heat to warts 1–2 times weekly until resolved Take care to avoid surrounding tissue -Internal Medications : Haridra Churna 250 mg – 2 times daily with honey Triphala Guggulu 500 mg – 2 times daily after meals -External Care / Local Measures: Clean the genital area with lukewarm water twice daily Avoid sexual contact until warts heal Wear loose cotton underwear -Varicocele Advice: Monitor for pain, swelling, or testicular changes Refer to urologist for evaluation and possible surgical repair / or basti treatment -Follow-Up: Every 1–2 weeks for Agnikarma and assessment
