My hairs falling out and has gone so thin what will be the best thing to use or do for it to help me please help I’m 17 it’s making me depressed

Go with oral medicine+ panchkarma procedure - shirobasti+ leech therapy Under proper evaluation. Some basics tests will be done- TSH, HBA1C ,Iron Vitamin D Vitamin B12 Protein Zinc ---- ORAL MEDICINE 1️⃣ Bhringrajasava – 15 ml + equal water - After meals, twice daily 2️⃣ Amla (Amalaki) Churna – 1 tsp - At bedtime with lukewarm water 3️⃣ Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet - Twice daily after meals (for stress control) 4️⃣ Punarnava Mandur (if weakness suspected) – 1 tablet - Twice daily after meals -------- External Application Bhringraj Taila or Neelibhringadi Taila - Apply at night, gentle scalp massage 3–4 times/week Wash in morning with mild herbal shampoo. - Pathya (Diet Advice) ✔ Include: Amla (Indian gooseberry) Curry leaves Black sesame seeds Cow ghee (small amount daily) Moong dal Green vegetables ❌ Avoid: Junk food Excess spicy & oily food Cold drinks Late nights 🧘 Lifestyle Advice Sleep before 11 pm 10 minutes Anulom Vilom daily Avoid excessive heat/sun exposure on scalp Manage stress - Follow-up Review after 30 days.
