HELLO, Based on you description (redness of gums/inner mouth with mild burning for more than 6 months, no major problem otherwise, this usually indicates Pitta imbalance in Ayurveda- excess internal heat affecting the mouth and gums INTERNAL CARE -Take Amla powder= 1 tsp with water in morning -Drink coriander seed water soak overnight, boil strain, drink -Take triphala powder 1/2 tsp at night with lukewarm water -Eat cooling foods= cucumber, coconut water, fennel, ghee -avoid= very spic, sour, fried, and very hot foods LOCAL CARE FOR GUMS AND MOUTH -rinse mouth with triphala decoction daily -do oil pulling with coconut oil every morning -apply a paste of turmeric + honey on gums 2-3 times/week LIFESTYLE -avoid stress and late nights -drink enough water -practice sheetali/sheetkari pranayam If redness increases, bleeding occurs white patches appear or pain becomes severe consult density to rule out gum infection, vitamin deficiency, or oral inflammation DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
