Can camphor crushed and mixed with hair cream kill lice and nits. I realized that there's lice in my hair and I don't how. Research says that camphor does but it's not hygienic.

No don’t use crushed camphor mixed with hair cream
It can irritate the scalp, cause burning, allergy, and is not safe Camphor smell may repel lice a little, but it does not reliably kill lice and nits
