I have pimple and acne what should I do what should I do to remove pimple and acne tell me some which remove my pimple and acne and darkspots .Ialso need to brighten my skin tell me what to do for it.

I am advising you to apply on pimples and acnes only- ( Trifla+ Manjishtha+Vacha+ananta --1-1 tsf) + Haldi 1/2 tsf Make a paste in Luke warm water or can add rose water and apply on acne and pimples at night for 5-6 days - only on spots not on whole face - keep it for 20-30 min then wash and do it on alternate days, if skin sensitivity occurs reduce vacha dose. - and on dark spots apply kumkumadi oil at night Internal medicine - 1) haridrakhand 1 tsf TWICE DAILY AFTER MEAL 2) gandhak rasyan 2 tab twice daily after meal — avoid junk, spicy and fried food ---- proper sleep ---- apply sunscreen when comes out
