Hair loss ismybiggest problem and i have extreme fatigue face always puffy and struggling with sleep cycles emotionallyalways exausted please help

As you described, kindly go through the following tests– - thyroid profile - serum ferritin -Vt.D -vt.b12 —recommending u some ayurvedic treatment Internal Medicines 1) Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tabs twice daily after food 2) Ashwagandha Cap – 500 mg with warm milk at bedtime 3)Bhringraj Ghana Vati – 2 tabs twice daily 4) Punarnava Mandur – 1 tab twice daily after meal 5) Brahmi Vati – 1 tab at night - External Treatment— Neelibhringadi Taila Apply warm oil to scalp 3x weekly, mild massage. Abhyanga with sesame oil (body massage) twice weekly. — review with reports

-First of all you have to improve your sleep pattern and digestion -In ayurveda, hairfall due to asthimajjagata dosha that’s why we correct dhatwagni of asthi mjja -make habit daily nasta with Anu taila 2 drops in each nostril in morning -take amlaki churn 1 tbsp BD AF -take jatamasi churn at night - 3 gm -daily breathing exercises 20-30 minutes (Anulom - viloma) -make sure your bowl is daily passes -oiling of hair before 3 hours of hair wash -hair wash 3 times per week -food massage with any oil and bronze vessel at 9-10 pm
