Seeking Help for Dry, Cracked Skin and Wart-like Growth - #50352

I have very dry and rough skin on plantar side of both foot especially beneath great toe . Also, having cracked skin over same area. Moreover, at my back of head I am having dead skin - form of wart. Kindly, can you please guide me what to do to resolve this problem

Plantar sides are the pressure area that is why facing the prob. —follow this as routine- 1) at night soak your feets in trifla decoction for 10-15 min and gently rub with foot file or pumice stone. And apply mahatikt ghrit in night 2) for morning apply petroleum jelly/ shatdhaut ghrit over that area 3) for warts apply kasisadi oil over it, don’t scratch or don’t try to pulling it out itself at home. 4) don’t walk barefoot ----Internal medicine - - gandhak Rasayan 2 tab twice daily after meal - aarogyavardhini vati 2 tab twice daily after meal -kaishoor gugulu 2 tab twice daily after meal Follow up after 15 days

U need to moisturizer ur skin so that the problem will be reduced Start with Gandaka rasayana tab 1-0-1 after food Shatadouta gritham external application over the foot And if there any warts or extra growth u may undergo agnikarma in any nearby ayurvedic clinic

Soak both feet in warm water + 1 tbsp rock salt + 1 tsp neem powder (or plain salt) for 10–15 min Gently scrub with pumice stone or soft brush (do not over-scrub) Pat dry and immediately apply thick layer of Shatadhauta Ghrita or Jatyadi Ghrita (or pure ghee + pinch turmeric) Wear cotton socks overnight Repeat morning & night for 2–3 weeks → then once daily maintenance ✓Medicines (internal support) Saptamrita Loha – 250 mg twice daily after food with ghee + honey Haridrakhand – 5 gm night with warm water ✓Back of Head Apply Jatyadi Ghrita or Neem oil thinly 2× daily and cover with light cotton cloth if possible If it grows/thickens/bleeds then see dermatologist (may need cryotherapy or biopsy to rule out seborrheic keratosis/wart) ✓General Tips Drink 2.5–3 L warm water daily Add ghee 1–2 tsp in every meal Avoid: cold exposure, walking barefoot, harsh soaps Use mild herbal soap (Neem/Triphala-based) Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

HELLO, DRY, CRACKED SKIN ON SOLES (padadari-cracked feet) CAUSES Mainly vata aggravation (dryness, roughness, cracking), worsens in cold weather INTERNAL MANAGEMENT 1) GANDHAK RASAYANA= 1 tab twice daily after meals = for skin nourishment 2) AROGYAVARDHINI VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals improves skin metabolism 3) TRIPHALA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm water at night for detox EXTERNAL TREATMENT 1) DAILY FOOT SOAK -warm water + rock salt for 10-15 min 2) AFTER DRYING, APPLY -Sesame oil or -ghee at bedtime -cover with cotton socks overnight 3) FOR DEEP CRACKS -apply Jatyadi taila or coconut oil + turmeric DIET -increase warm, oily foods -add cow ghee in meals -avoid excessive dry, cold, packaged food -drink warm water DEAD SKIN/WART LIKE GROWTH ON BACK OF HEAD If it is -hard raised growth-> likely wart -White flaky patches-> dandruff/scalp dryness If dandruff -apply dhurdhurpatradi oil thrice weekly -wash with mild herbal shampoo neem based -take triphala regularly IF WART LIKE GROWTH -apply fresh arka ksheera (calotropis latex) carefullyover wart OR -apply garlic paste locally (avoid normal skin) If growing rapidly, bleeding, or painful-> consult dermatologist to rule out other growth EXPECTED IMPROVEMENT -Cracked feet= 2-4 weeks -Scalp issue= 3-6 weeks DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
