Add in some apple cider vinegar in bath water. Wash scalp atleast once in 3 days. Wash hair regularly if there is excessive sweating. Avoid eating achar papad, fried food, fermented items, bhindi, brinjal, chana dal, white rice, pea, potato , dahi etc. You will start seeing results from the initial week but complete cure is dependent on the extent of damage already happened.

Mahatikta ghee - lagane k liye 2-3 hrs before washing your hair. 3.aavla , aritha , shikakai- akha lena h. Boil 2 aritha , 7-8 aavla pieces , shikakai 7-8 pieces - in 1 glass of water and reduce it to half , and then steive it and use this decoction on your wet hair for 10 mins and then wash with your shampoo .
