Hello doctor my query is about premature greying of hair im 30 my hair is grey now what to do hair fall also there i have pcod i am using shampoos alternate days

Nowadays it’s common phenomenon. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab Amalaki rasayan 2-0-2 Tab Bhringraj 2-0-2 Massage on scalp with Neelibhringadi oil twice a week. Follow up after 4weeks.
