Struggling with Constipation and Urination Issues - #50784

I have constipation for 2 weeks now but it's healing and I did squat Excercise 3 days back, so i don't know if it's the cause but the muscles below my abdomen that activates when i push out poop or force urine out hurts me when I push out poop or urine. And also since I was little i find it difficult to start urinating sometimes , sometimes I have to squat down or poop to start urinating, but i feel no pain urinating or pains . And I'm 26 years of age, male. And I'm a virgin no sex yet .
