I am suffering from enlarge prostate problem(BPH). I am taking Alopathy medicine but i am not feeling better. I want to treat in aurved. please suggest medicine

1. Siva gutika 1-0-1 with warm water after food
2. Dashamoola harithaki lehyam - 10 gm at bed time
3. Virataradi kashayam - 15 ml + 60 ml luke warm water twice a day empty stomach
Later phase :
1. Vasthyamayanthakam ghrtam - 1 tspn night after food with milk
