–your urine shows triple phosphate crystals, which usually happen due to urine infection or high sugar levels. Your HbA1c is 8.5, so diabetes is not well controlled. This can cause urine problems.
First, we should control blood sugar and check for urine infection.
—Rx:
1)Chandraprabha Vati
1 tab BD after food
2)Gokshura Churna
3 gm BD with warm water
3)Punarnava Churna
3 gm BD with warm water
4)Nisha Amalaki Churna
3 gm BD before food (for sugar control)
----- Advice:
Warm water 2.5–3 L/day
Avoid sweets, curd at night, excess tomato & rajma
30 min walking daily
Repeat urine R/M after 4 weeks
