You can take Ayurvedic medicines with allopathic in chronic kidney disease but only after Doctors recommendation.
Praval pishti can be taken but I recommend you to take it after recommendation of Ayurvedic doctor after proper consultation depending on chronicity of the disease.

Haan, chronic kidney disease (CKD) mein allopathy ke saath Ayurveda liya ja sakta hai. Bohat se cases mein Ayurvedic treatment digestion aur metabolism ko improve karke kidney health ko support karne mein madad karta hai. Lekin dono treatment doctor ki guidance mein hi lena chahiye.
Agar aap allopathic medicines le rahe hain to ek simple baat ka dhyan rakhein, Ayurvedic aur allopathic medicines ke beech kam se kam 30–40 minute ka gap rakhna chahiye. Isse dono medicines ka effect properly mil pata hai aur interaction ka risk kam hota hai.
Rahi baat Praval Pishti ki isme generally potassium nahi hota. Lekin CKD mein self-medication bilkul avoid karni chahiye, kyunki kidney patients mein har medicine aur mineral ka selection patient ki reports dekhkar hi kiya jata hai.
Isliye bina proper assessment ke koi bhi Ayurvedic medicine shuru karna theek nahi hota.
