Kanchanar Guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food with warm water Ashokarishta 10–15 ml with equal water, twice daily after food Face application Mix turmeric + besan (gram flour) + milk. Apply on face 3–4 times a week, then wash after drying Diet Avoid too much sugar, junk food, and oily food If hair growth is very high, check hormones (like PCOS) with a doctor
