i want best treat ment for my melasama. I dont know from which dosha i fall i have mixed charcteristics of pitta and vaata. please doctor help me to get rid of my melasma which appear on my 70 % of face.

And amla and triphla do we take both the herbs daily?  I have pita and vatta mix dhosa.

Take it for 4 5 months after that do personal chat and use Avipattikar churna for potta dosha take 2 tsp 3 times empty stomach
