You have a urinary infection and white coating on your tongue. In Ayurveda, this happens when Agni (digestive fire) is weak and Ama (toxins) accumulate in the body. –Dx- UTI + White-coated Tongue – Rx 1. Aimil Neeri Syrup – 10 ml twice daily after food (supports urinary tract) 2. Arimedadi Thailam – Oil pulling 1 Tbsp daily (reduces tongue coating, improves oral hygiene) 3. Manjishtadi Kwath – 15 ml with warm water once daily after food (improves digestion, reduces Ama) —Lifestyle & Diet: Drink warm water, eat light cooked meals, avoid cold/spicy/oily foods. Scrape tongue daily in the morning.
