A lump with pain, swelling, and changes like watery semen or blood in semen should be taken seriously, even if the initial scan did not show anything significant. These symptoms can be related to infection, inflammation, or conditions like epididymitis or varicocele, and need proper follow-up. Do not ignore this or rely only on home remedies. A repeat evaluation with a urologist is important, especially because of the blood in semen. Till then, avoid excessive sexual activity and give proper rest to the area. Avoid tight clothing and prefer loose cotton undergarments. Keep the area clean and dry. Diet should be simple and non-spicy. Avoid alcohol, smoking, and very hot or irritating foods, as they can aggravate inflammation. At home, you can apply a cold compress (not ice directly) over the area for short duration if there is discomfort. Avoid any heavy physical strain or lifting. • Chandraprabha vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food • Gokshuradi guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food • Shilajit capsule – 1 capsule once daily after food These can support urinary and reproductive health, but this is only supportive. Since there is blood in semen and a persistent lump, a detailed check like repeat scan and urine/semen analysis is strongly advised to rule out underlying causes.
