1.I have skin issues from child hood i was using the normal medicines and tablets but they are repeating every year even i use medicine. I decided to use ayurvedic medicines for the skin issues and i saw the solutions there for my problem in ayurvedha and i found some oils like nalpamaradi keram and manjista churna for blood purification but i also found manjista churna can reduce blood platelets and is dangerous if consumed without consultation so for this i want to know is this oil and churna can i use and for churna what dosage i should follow to have safe usage andmy skin issues include vyanga on face, every year dry patches on elbows, pigmentation on feet and some body acne on shoulders and pigmentation in some other parts .And for vyanga i found kumkumadithailam can i use it or i has to use arjuna churna on face as i read one study on arjuna churna for face please reolve this. 2.Second one is that i have receding hairline started at temples and i lost some hair at temples on both sides i started using neelibringadi keram and i observed the hairfall is reducing and i found that we also need to take some internal medicine to cure it completely according to ayurvedha so what you recommend for this also Waiting for your response doctor!

●Nalpamaradi Keram (External Only) •Application: Apply the oil to the skin and gently massage it in. •Duration: The oil is generally left on for a limited period, typically ranging from a few minutes up to half an hour, before being washed off with a mild cleanser or green gram powder. •Frequency: It is commonly applied several times a week. ●Manjistha Churna (Internal/External Application) •Internal Usage: Manjistha Churna is commonly consumed mixed with warm water or honey, often after meals. •External Pack: Mix Manjistha powder with honey or rose water to form a paste. Apply it on the affected area, leaving it on for a limited time before washing it off.
I know these things my query is that manjista churna is said to be dangerous if consumed more what amount of quantity i can consume daily
It is not dangerous but Excessive use of Manjistha powder can cause gastrointestinal distress, nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea, severe constipation, or increased skin sensitivity to sunlight.Take 2 teaspoon Manjistha powder and mix with warm water, milk, honey or ghee 2 times a day after food.
Your symptoms suggest a combination of Pitta–Vata imbalance with Rakta dhatu dushti (blood tissue vitiation) and mild chronic skin inflammation. Since the issues are recurring from childhood, Ayurveda focuses more on correcting the internal tendency rather than only suppressing the patches externally. Yes, both Nalpamaradi Keram and Manjistha Churna can be helpful when used properly. For Skin Issues 1. Nalpamaradi Keram This oil is mainly useful for: Pigmentation Tanning Uneven skin tone Dry rough patches Mild acne marks How to use: Apply a thin layer on affected areas or face. Keep for 20–40 minutes before bath. Use 4–5 times weekly. Avoid strong sunlight immediately after applying because turmeric-based oils can increase tanning if exposed to sun. For elbow dryness and foot pigmentation, regular application with gentle massage is beneficial. 2. Manjistha Churna Manjistha is one of the best Ayurvedic herbs for: Chronic skin disorders Pigmentation Acne Blood purification Pitta-Rakta imbalance Your concern about platelets is understandable, but in normal therapeutic dosage it is generally considered safe for most healthy individuals. Problems usually arise only with: Excess dosage Very prolonged unsupervised use People with bleeding disorders or blood-thinning medicines Safe general dosage: 1/2 teaspoon (around 2–3 g) once daily after food Mix with warm water or honey. Use initially for 6–8 weeks, then reassess. Do not take high doses continuously on your own. If you notice: Excess weakness Easy bruising Bleeding tendency then stop and consult a physician. For Vyanga (Facial Pigmentation) Kumkumadi Tailam This is more suitable for facial pigmentation and glow than Arjuna churna application. Use: 2–3 drops at night Gentle upward massage Continue consistently for at least 2–3 months You may use: Kumkumadi Tailam for face Nalpamaradi for body pigmentation Both together are acceptable. Regarding Arjuna churna: Some studies show antioxidant benefits for skin, but classical Ayurvedic practice more commonly uses Kumkumadi Tailam for Vyanga. Direct application of Arjuna powder may irritate sensitive skin in some people. Body Acne on Shoulders This usually indicates: Mild Pitta-Kapha involvement Heat and sweat accumulation Helpful measures: Avoid very spicy, oily, deep-fried food Reduce excess sugar and packaged foods Wear breathable cotton clothes Use neem or green gram powder instead of harsh soaps occasionally For Receding Hairline & Hair Fall Neelibhringadi Keram Good choice. If hair fall has reduced, it means the scalp is responding. For temple recession, Ayurveda can slow progression and improve hair quality, but completely regrowing lost hair depends on: Genetics Duration Scalp follicle health Internal support is usually needed. Common Ayurvedic internal supports include: Amla Bhringraj Yashtimadhu Black sesame Nasya therapy Simple internal support you can safely start: 1 tsp Amla powder at night with warm water OR Fresh amla juice if available Also: Sleep before 11 pm Avoid chronic stress and excessive heat exposure Avoid frequent fasting and crash dieting Simple Practical Routine for You Morning: Manjistha churna after breakfast Evening/Night: Kumkumadi Tailam on face Neelibhringadi oil on scalp 3–4 times weekly Before bath: Nalpamaradi on pigmentation/dry areas Diet: Increase hydration Include ghee in moderate quantity Reduce junk/spicy foods
Thank you doctor Really use ful and good explanation but kumkumadi thailam is a general use face oil can it reduce the vyanga permanently and fastly if not what medicine or oil or churna should I had to take for this as it was there from years I want it to get removed permanately and fastly without skin damage
