Previously had severe psoarsis then treated with allopathy...again symptoms r visible on hand fingers.i feel body detox or vlood purification needed..kindly suggest.i hav constipation issue.bowel nt clean evryday.face skin looks saggy.small tanned dots.

Incorporate Triphala powder — take about half a teaspoon with warm water before bed, as this cleanses the bowels and aids in detoxification.

For dietary suggestions, aim to pacify Pitta by emphasizing cooling, alkaline, and calming foods. Include more leafy greens, cucumbers, and sweet fruits like pears and melons. Avoid spicy foods, red meats, and excessive caffeine or alcohol. Breakfast could be oatmeal with a dash of honey, and dinner should be light and nourishing such as khichdi (a rice and lentil dish) with ghee.

Topically, applying a paste made of sandalwood and rose water can soothe the lesions on the fingers. Make sure the paste is smooth this can be applied and left for 15 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water. Ashwagandha may be beneficial for skin health and stress reduction; try 1 tsp of ashwagandha powder in milk before bedtime to help with overall rejuvenation.

Regarding the saggy, tanned appearance, massaging the face with almond oil can improve skin tone and elasticity. This should be done gently every evening. Stay hydrated and get plenty of sleep to aid natural skin repair processes.

Engage in yoga and meditation regularly to balance mind and body which reduces stress that can exacerbate psoriasis. Famous Asanas like Shavasana and Anulom Vilom Pranayama (alternate nostril breathing) calms the nervous system, harmonizing doshas. Always consult a professional for personalized Panchakarma procedures if needed. Balancing your system holistically with these foundational steps may help clear symptoms and improve your overall well-being.
